Great staff, fast and efficient services. Roe Jan Auto saves me money and keeps my car running smooth and safe!

I had an issue with what I thought was my battery. Roe Jan Auto willingly took my car in the same day that I called, tested the battery and confirmed it. They ordered me a new special battery, received it overnight and installed it the next day! Great service and gave me a good price as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car there again!

They provide warranty with their work when a remanufactured power steering rack started leaking less than a year later they were replaced it for free!! Very impress.

Off the charts quick accurate diagnosis, luckily parts arrived swiftly and my truck was repaired in an exceptionally quick fashion. The drop box and lockboxes from drop off, payment and pickup was made very convenient. Mechanic, Frank was clearly a seasoned mechanic and knowledgeable about my truck. The office called and informed me right away what was needed and provided a reasonable estimate and what to expect timeframe and cost. To my delight, the work done was slightly less than expected! Unheard of and quicker than I anticipated!

Everyone takes the time to explain things very well. I liked getting estimates for my tire replacement; so helpful for budgeting. Thanks again!!

Made an early morning appointment. Showed up on time. Dave and Chris were ready for me. Before I had time to get comfortable in one of the easy chairs, I was done and out the door. This is the mark of top drawer customer service.

Always quality work

I went in to Roe Jan auto for the first time on 8/19/26 for an annual inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I had no problem setting up an early appointment in advance as I had to wait for my car. While waiting I received a text from them with the results of a courtesy inspection they apparently do on all vehicles brought into the shop, which showed a couple of items that will need to be addressed down the road but not immediately, and which had no bearing on my NYS inspection which passed. I didn’t expect this and it was greatly appreciated. I spoke with Chris about one of the future issues and he promptly gave me a printout with a detailed estimate for that job. I was treated courteously and professionally by Chris and Dave and fully intend to come back and take care of this issue and with any future maintenance of my vehicle. Thank you for a great job!
